Just wanted to let everyone know that I arrived in Lille without any problems. The flight into Paris was pretty cool, we flew over Ireland (directly over Dublin) and then over southern England. The weather was perfect.
In Paris, I took the TGV (high speed train) through northern France and into Lille. My dorm is pretty awesome, I have no roommate, a private kitchen area, and a private bathroom, with a view out over the town.
We have a welcome dinner tonight and then I'll probably catch up on my sleep. Class starts tomorrow. I miss everyone very much.
